Q: Why can’t I find a song in the system?

A: We try our best to keep our song library up-to-date, but some songs are currently unavailable due to copyright/licensing. Please feel free to use your Spotify & YouTube.

Q: Is there a cover charge?

A: No, we do not charge a cover at Voix unless it is a special event. Check our event page for details.

Q: Is there a Dress Code?

A: Dress to Impress. We do not permit tank tops, athletic wear, baggy clothing, work boots, sandals/flip flops.

Q: Is there a Coat Check?

A: Yes, we have a complimentary coat check. We require all guests in the bar and lounge to check their coats.

Q: Do I need to book karaoke rooms in advance?

A: It is always best to book in advance and make deposit.

Q: Do you serve food?

A: Our kitchen has a full menu and our bar serves light fare and food is available to order in karaoke rooms.

Q: Do you have service charge for karaoke room & lounge?

A: Yes, a 20% service fee will added to the bill.

Q: Can I smoke or vape here?

A: No, we are a non-smoking establishment.

Q: Can I bring my own bottle or food?

A: You do not allow any outside alcohol and food. You can bring your cakes but extra deposit is required and will be charged if the room needs extra cleaning or any equipment is damaged.

Q: Can I take my unfinished bottle to-go?

A: No, but we can hold onto your bottle under your name for a maximum of 4 weeks. Please drink responsibly.

Q: Is there an age requirement for private karaoke room?

A: No age requirement, but we will check your ID when you order an alcoholic drink.no alcohol to minors and pregnant woman!

Q: Can I change the the room size after reservation?

A:If you need to change the number of guests in your party, please contact us in advance and let us know. This will allow us to make the necessary adjustments. Once the change is confirmed, you will receive an SMS notification. Please note that all changes are only effective upon receipt of the final confirmation message. If we are unable to accommodate your request due to availability, the room and rate will remain unchanged.
